Cooper N. Boddy was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Alamo Heights High School in 1992 and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Management and Marketing under a newly formed Entrepreneurship curriculum in 1996.

After graduation, Cooper worked as a financial advisor with the Lincoln Financial Group here in San Antonio. In conjunction with being a financial advisor, Cooper began working on a business plan to open an old school meat market.

In 1997, Cooper opened the first Cooper's Meat Market in Alamo Heights.

As the meat market flourished, Cooper began identifying a variety of properties to purchase, renovate, and ultimately find buyers for.

Cooper N. Boddy joined Colglazier Properties in early 2008.
