John A. Colglazier, Jr. was born and raised in San Antonio graduating from Alamo Heights High School in 1992 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Mr. Colglazier joined Colglazier Properties in 1996 and has since spent his time specializing in sales and leasing of all types of industrial, manufacturing and distribution product. In July of 2005, he was honored by the San Antonio Business Journal for completing the Largest Industrial Lease of 2004 for his representation of Valero Energy Corp to open their first self-distribution facility.
Mr. Colglazier has completed sale/lease transactions in excess of $250 million in total volume.
