John K. Durbin was born in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio in 1978, and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983.

Mr. Durbin worked for Grieshaber and Roberts, Inc. and Peacock Realtors prior to graduation from college. After graduation, he joined Peacock Realtors in San Antonio where he specialized in the brokerage of vacant land tracts to users, developers and investors.

In October, 1987, Mr. Durbin left Peacock Realtors and joined Colglazier Properties where he is currently involved in the sales and leasing of commercial land, office and industrial properties.

Mr. Durbin's sale/lease transactions exceed $237 Million in total volume.
