John A. Colglazier, Jr.
John A. Colglazier, Jr. was born and raised in San Antonio graduating from Alamo Heights High School in 1992 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Colglazier joined Colglazier Properties in 1996 and has since spent his time specializing in sales and leasing of all types of industrial, manufacturing and distribution product. In July of 2005, he was honored by the San Antonio Business Journal for completing the Largest Industrial Lease of 2004 for his representation of Valero Energy Corp to open their first self-distribution facility. In 2012, Mr. Colglazier represented Maruchan, Inc. in its site acquisition for a San Antonio plant. Mr. Colglazier has completed sale/lease transactions in excess of $500 million in total volume.
Cooper N. Boddy
Cooper N. Boddy was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Alamo Heights High School in 1992 and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Management and Marketing under a newly formed Entrepreneurship curriculum in 1996. After graduation, Cooper worked as a financial advisor with the Lincoln Financial Group here in San Antonio. In conjunction with being a financial advisor, Cooper began working on a business plan to open an old school meat market. In 1997, Cooper opened the first Cooper's Meat Market in Alamo Heights. As the meat market flourished, Cooper began identifying a variety of properties to purchase, renovate, and ultimately find buyers for. Cooper N. Boddy joined Colglazier Properties in early 2008.
John A. Colglazier, Sr.
John Colglazier was born and raised in San Antonio, graduating from Alamo Heights High School in 1966 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Finance. After graduation, he joined Peacock Realtors, a prominent local commercial real estate ?rm. In 1982, Mr. Colglazier became a partner in Peacock Realtors with the added responsibility of managing the efforts of up to eight salesmen as well as the cooperative management of the entire office. In 1986, Mr. Colglazier sold his interest in Peacock Realtors to one of his partners in order to set up his own real estate firm, Colglazier Properties. At the present time, he is the sole owner and manager of Colglazier Properties with four licensed salesmen under his leadership. Over the past forty-six years, Mr. Colglazier has concentrated his efforts on the selling and leasing of industrial and office real estate as well as investment property of all types.
John K. Durbin
John K. Durbin was born in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. Since graduating from college, Mr. Durbin has specialized in the brokerage of vacant land tracts to users, developers and investors in San Antonio and surrounding counties. He is currently involved in the sales and leasing of commercial land, office and industrial properties. Mr. Durbin's sale/lease transactions exceed $305 Million in total volume.
